📦 Order processing times

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • In case of high traffic (launch events, promotions, Ramadan, etc.), a slight additional delay may apply.

🛑 Delays or losses

  • We are not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or not received after 10 working days, please contact us at contact@nourayssa.com
    We will open a claim with the carrier.

🧾 Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully before validation.
In the event of an address error resulting in the package being returned, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

📬 Order marked "delivered" but not received

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with your neighbors/caretaker/post office

  • Contact us within 3 days
    Beyond this period, we will not be able to take any action against the carrier.

📦 Damaged package?

Please send us photos of the package and contents upon receipt, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
